Package – Recladding, Removal of existing Envirowall Render System including but not limited to removal of existing trespa cladding system and associated aluminium flashing and copings, additionally removal of the timber decking. Replacement of the CP Board and existing insulation within the external walls.

Installation of Soltherm Render System, Trespa cladding system, Siderise Fire Barriers, Obex EPDM and Rockwool insulation in addition to the copings and aluminium decking.
